What is the difference between coaching, therapy and consulting?
Coaching is a goal oriented co-creative process that is forward focused. Consulting is a direct approach where the consultant provides you with solutions unlike coaching where you discover them through a guided process. Therapy seeks to heal behavioral health habits, maladaptive coping and traumas from the past and is peformed by a licensed mental health processional.
